These terms govern your use of PlanBanaDo (planbanado.com), an AI-powered trip-planning service operated from India. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

What PlanBanaDo is (and isn’t)

PlanBanaDo generates travel itineraries and suggestions using AI, and lets you refine, save, and share them. We are not a travel agency: we do not sell, book, or operate any transport, accommodation, or activity. Booking links open third-party sites, and any booking you make there is between you and that provider.

AI-generated content

Itineraries, suggestions, and chat replies are generated by AI. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong — prices, timings, distances, opening hours, festival dates, and safety conditions change. Verify current details before you book or travel, and use your own judgment about safety. Travel decisions are your responsibility.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into these terms (paid features require you to be 18+, or supervised by a parent/guardian).

Free tier and paid plans

• Free — up to 2 saved trips and 5 chat refinements per trip.
• Premium — ₹149/month subscription: unlimited saved trips, unlimited chat, and premium features.
• Pay-per-trip — ₹49 for 1 extra saved trip, or ₹99 for a 3-trip pack. Trip credits do not expire. A credit is consumed when you save a trip; deleting the trip afterwards does not return the credit or a free-tier slot.

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and may change prospectively — a change never affects credits you already bought. Payments are processed by Razorpay; subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound booking links may carry an affiliate tag, meaning we may earn a commission if you book — at no extra cost to you. This never changes which suggestions the AI makes.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of the service.
• No attempts to bypass free-tier limits, entitlement checks, or rate limits.
• No scraping, bulk-harvesting, or reselling of generated content as a service.
• No attempts to manipulate the AI into producing content that violates law or these terms.

Your content and ours

The trip preferences and notes you enter remain yours. You can use the itineraries generated for you for your own personal, non-commercial travel (print them, share them with your travel group). The PlanBanaDo name, design, and software remain ours.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Termination

You can stop using PlanBanaDo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
